TV and VCR stolen

On Jan. 25 at 2:43 p.m., Killaloe OPP Constable Recoskie attended a reported break and enter into a cottage on Mundts Bay Lane in North Algona Wilberforce Twp. ‘The front door lock had been damaged, and entry gained. Mischief to mailboxes
On Jan. 29 the Killaloe OPP received multiple calls involving damages to mailboxes in Bonnechere Valley Twp. Police report that several mailboxes were smashed. OPP Constable Leeworthy is continuing the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Killaloe OPP or Crimestoppers.
Theft From Coca Cola machine
On Jan. 31 at approximately 11:14 a.m., Killaloe OPP Constable Bullis attended A.J.’s Convenience in Killaloe Hagarty and Richards Twp. regarding a theft. Suspects disabled the Coca Cola vending machine lock and stole cash and Coca Cola products. Police are continuing the investigation into the theft.
Stunt driving charge
On Jan. 25 at approximately 5:09 p.m., Killaloe OPP Constable Golds was operating radar on Highway 41 in Bonnechere Valley Twp. A black Ford was clocked traveling at 59 km over the posted speed limit. A 33-year-old Mississauga man has been charged with stunt driving. The vehicle was seized and impounded, and the driver’s license suspended for seven days. The driver was issued a summons to appear in court.
