Bancroft resident wins $100,000 top prize with Instant High Roller Brigitte Pap of Bancroft is ecstatic after winning a $100,000 top prize with Instant High Roller (Game #1874). “I stopped for some gas and when I went to pay the cashier let me know that there was new scratch ticket. I thought ‘why not?'” shared Pap, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to claim her winnings. “I played my ticket at home but didn't realize I won until I went back to the store to check my ticket.” The mother of two and grandmother of three was in such shock after finding out about her big win that she left her car keys in the store. “This win will help make life easier for my husband and I,” smiled Pap, who is semi-retired but still works part-time at the post office. “I'll also be able to better support my favourite causes.” Instant High Roller is a $5 instant game that has eight top prizes of $100,000. Overall odds of winning are one in 3.82. The winning ticket was purchased at Esso on Hastings Street in Bancroft. Submitted |
