The Vito’s Pizzeria peewee Jets returned home as all-Ontario champions after sweeping their series with the South Huron Sabres over the weekend. The Jets put together one of their strongest team performances to date as they took to the ice for game three on Saturday and captured the title by a score of 6-1.

The players and coaching staff have been overwhelmed by the support they have received all season long, but particularly over the last several weeks. They would like to send a special thank you to Angelo Kolios of Vito’s Pizzeria, Bancroft Auto Body, Bancroft Times, Bryce Wilson, Christa Brownlee, Canadian Tire, Carr and Sons Electrical, McDougall Insurance, Ontario Tree Care, Pepin’s No Frills, Switzer’s Sales and Service, Vance Motors and Glen Keating of Tim Hortons.
