Star columnist charged with assault in WollastonBy Sarah Sobanski Bancroft OPP have charged 60-year-old Rosie DiManno of Toronto with assault after an alleged "altercation" on Finnegan Lane in Wollaston. The Toronto Star confirmed Wednesday that its long-time columnist was charged with assault on Tuesday, July 12. According to the CBC, DiManno tweeted she had been defending children. These tweets have since been deleted. |
