Not only was there music, but there was also art, Indigenous drumming, improv, drama, a bagpiper, treats, and a music video by members of the life skills program. Patrons were entertained for an hour and a half with music ensembles which included the Community Band performing their rendition of “Not so silent night” and “Christmas Fantasy.” There were solo acts by Sutton Calder who performed Carol of the Bells on piano and a drum solo by Marcus Roy.Ares and Odin Worsley performed “Scotland the Brave,” while the Grade 9 and 10 music class took the audience for a trip around the world performing renditions of “Jingle Bells” from five  countries. The Grade 7 to 12 choir sung their version of “The Middle” by Jimmy Eat World and “Where are you Christmas?”  The evening finished off with a big finale that consisted of the Grades 11 and 12 music class performing four songs including the Hockey night in Canada Theme, “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Winter Wonderland,” and “Glee Showstoppers.” It was certainly a night to remember as those in attendance got to experience everything that the multitalented arts program at North Hastings High School had to offer. --------------------------------------------------- Images: --------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------- Post date: 2025-12-22 15:32:35 Post date GMT: 2025-12-22 20:32:35 Post modified date: 2025-12-22 15:32:37 Post modified date GMT: 2025-12-22 20:32:37 ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Export of Post and Page as text file has been powered by [ Universal Post Manager ] plugin from www.gconverters.com
